Certain items require specialist handling and recycling processes to comply with UK environmental regulations. For example, fridges and freezers contain hazardous components, while paints and chemicals must be processed safely. Because licensed disposal centres charge us higher fees to safely process and recycle these specific items, we apply a clear, upfront surcharge ranging from £5 to £90 depending on the exact item.

It can be difficult to estimate your waste volume, which is why we offer a free, fast estimation service. You can simply send us clear photos of your rubbish via WhatsApp or email. Our experienced team will review the images and provide a reliable estimate of whether you need a small, half, large, or full load. The final, exact price is always confirmed upon arrival.

Yes, we pride ourselves on fully transparent pricing. The prices listed for our load sizes include the cost of our professional, uniformed team doing all the heavy lifting, as well as transport and standard licensed waste disposal. The only extra costs you will ever encounter are the clearly listed surcharges for specific regulated items, such as mattresses, tyres, or white goods.

Because you only pay for the exact space your waste uses in our truck, our team will provide a precise, pro-rata quote upon arrival. If your rubbish takes up slightly more than a half load but less than a large load, we will adjust the price accordingly. You are under no obligation to proceed if you are not completely satisfied with the final on-site quote.
